We include all the venue essentials in our packages and we’ll take care of all the not-so-fun stuff like setting up tables, chairs, and linens and cleaning up at the end of the night. This means you get to focus on the fun stuff like getting ready with your favorite people and taking photos across our property full of beautiful gardens and historic homes. You can have your reception catered by Minnetrista’s own award-winning Certified Executive Chef and professional catering team. If that’s not your style, you can choose an outside caterer we have thoroughly vetted for you. We hand-serve you before releasing your guests so that you actually have time to eat. We jump in and help coordinate your big moments so no one misses them. We call a friend to bring a tool we need to take something apart for you. We’ll give you advice and help you with your seating chart because we know you’re overwhelmed just thinking about it. Each couple receives a complimentary one-year Explorer Membership, which includes free admission to exhibits, Oakhurst Experience, and Bob Ross Experience, as well as discounts on tickets to community events and programs.
