The Venue is owned by Mike and Jodi Keller, residents of Brown County. We have lived in the Mount Orab area since we relocated to Cincinnati for our careers over 13 years ago. We purchased the property, which was historically a closed drive-in movie theater in January of 2016 with the idea of making it a camp resort property and trying to utilize Grant Lake for fishing and kayaking. However, after attending on of our good friend’s wedding in the summer of 2016, we were inspired to build a beautiful barn for weddings and large group events on this site. We quickly started working with architect and builder to put our dreams and ideas into action. As we started planning the barn it was evident how much the community supported this idea. The barn was receiving bookings and brides were having faith in our business dreams before we had even finished construction. We choose as many local contractors as possible for the building, planning and development of the property because we believe in supporting our village and the local business community. The footers for the 5,600 sq. feet barn were poured in April of 2017 and exactly 5 months to the start of that construction we are proud to say we have passed all inspections and are now open for business.
